Baby turkey just hatched a few days ago but he hold his legs behind him and just scoots to get around I tryed what u would do for splashed legs but then he just holds both of his legs behind him. And still dosnt get the point, so I was thinking of taking he splayed legs thing around his legs and attach soothing to come up around his body so he can't put his leg behind him to correct it. Would this work if not please give some ideas thanks in advance.

Not sure if this would work.

But take a deep coffee cup put some paper towel or tissue in the bottom of it. Place your chick in it. It forces the poult to keep his legs under him. If the poult wants to move or look out it makes the use their legs normal.

I usually do this for Fos poults or ones that were weak after hatch.

Give him a warm bath but not too hot. I would then make sure he/she is very warm. I always notice this when the chick is too cold but he might also have something wrong. Well i dont always but they tend not to move when they are too cold.
