At what age can you tell male/female ringnecks?

Have some 4 week old blue back ringnecks and wondering when you can starts figuring out the sexes? Thanks!

I found that about 7-9 weeks you will start to see the roosters. They get red skin around the eye which turns into their wattles and they tend to have lighter breast feathers with a dark red/brown outline on them.

You Can Also Tell When They Are 1-3 Days Old By Looking At The Area Around The Eyes, On Roos Yo Can See An Outline That Will Later Become The Wattles
