Any one have bantam Roosters ?

We have about 6 little roos in the barn this year.
Some of these guys are simply gorgeous.
We even let a serama roo loose in the flock.

So, my questions are these.

Any one have problems with their little ones running thier hens ?

Do you have pics of your little ones that you would like to share ?

Any one have problems with the big roos attacking or hurting the
little guys ?

Does your little ones integrate with the flock or are they always
hiding or avoiding the big roos ?

My little ones seem pretty darn happy and I have even seen a few mount a small hen here and there.

Oh, and do they crow just as loud as the big boys ? some of mine are really loud !!

Hi rimshoes, we brought 4 home last night and I am keen to see some of the answers to your questions. They do seem darn loud though. I have been up before dawn listening to them and they seem louder then our big boys.

The 2 silver pencilled Wyndottes seem quite aggressive but this could just be because they are a little older than the partridge (which has beautiful colouring) and then there is this very young Columbian which is incredibly timid.
