Any Clue what these Silkie/Satins are ???

Saw these at a flea market. Does anyone know what they are? The appear to be silkie satins, maybe large fowl? Maybe some kind of hybrid...not sure though.

Don't know if I should buy or not

I was aware they were rooster hen. Probably should of been more clear. Lol. Looking for information on breed and variety. Are they just mutts or intentionally? Anything special?

Definitely a Silkie mix. Going by the poofy back on the hen, I'd venture to guess there's some Cochin in there, too. Regardless of the mix (and to me, they look like mixes, not a breed,) they're VERY striking. That's a lucky find!

You know, I saw the "cochin-ness" in them too. You are right though they are quite striking. Which is why I was asking about them. I did purchase them and will be hatching from them. But was very interested in finding out what they may possibly be and if they are hybrids are they intentionally and can I create it again?
