You could also try clipping off the very tip of her beak so she can't break them. My brother did that when one of his chickens was eating her eggs and he said it fixed the problem.

Im not sure about doing this as i do like them to peck at other things.

I don't think it inhibits their foraging or anything. Just harder things like egg shells.

I give them scratch blocks and cabbages so they peck at those. Im going to try the mustard

I cleaned my dad's truck and made him a card with my new paint pens! I kept the truck a secret until he went to take my mom and I out the the farmer's market. I was a day or two late, but he definitely didn't mind.
