After a chick hatches, when can you touch it

My silkie hen is sitting on 4 eggs. Hatch day is tomorrow and I was wondering, how long you have to wait to touch the chicks after they hatch? Should I wait until all the other chicks hatch?

I would absolutely not interfere with the nest at all until all eggs are hatched, and hen is ready to bring them off the nest.

When I hatched some chicks I touched them once they dried up. They are fine and healthy today.
