Hi guys.
As some of you know we are new to this chicken world. Pan has just finished the coop and he will be updating you guys shortly. But we also decided that it was time to move the group into their new and perminate home. When he was packing them up he noticed one of our Sapphire babes not doing to go. It was acting like it was top heavy. When it moved forward they moved forward and was tripping on its own feet. We knew something was up. It was totally ok with us picking them up and chilling out with us. They are eating and drinking i just tried the eating not long ago. But he/she is acting lathargic and top heavy. We decided to take him/her from the group and put them in quarentine just incase it was a virus.

We do feed them
purina medicaided crumble.

Is the purina crumble chick starter/grower?

I'd give it (them all actually) a dose of Poultry Cell vitamins in their water every other day for a week. It might be it's lacking in some nutrients for some reason.

Is its poop normal? Is its crop okay?

Just an FYI, if they've been on medicated feed this whole time, you could switch them over to regular chick starter if you want. Most of us who use medicated do it for a couple of weeks, but that's up to you. If yours are getting outside now, then they'll get their resistances or keep them up that way too.

Pan:
I wasn't aware we had two posts about this but I'll try to post a more in-depth description.

Chicken: 'Mira'
Breed: Sapphire Blue Plymouth Rock
Age: 6-7 Weeks
History: Healthy, Vac for Cocco

5/1
Chickens were moved from 4ft x 8ft Brooder in my Tool-Shed to their new Chicken Mansion, a 8ft x 12ft Hen House. She started dragging her chest, wings fully extended and charged into the sawdust like a snowplow. I didn't see her get trampled, but I'm 99% sure that is what happened.
Relocated Mira to Isolation with fresh water/bedding/food/dishes.
Started Force Feeding Mira water/food.

5/2
Dosed Flock and Injured Chicken with "Chick Boost", a Probiotic/Vitamin/Electrolite solution that also added Thiamine.
Force fed chicken when I could with water/food.
Had few bowel movements but showed no sign of parasite/worm infection.
Showed no sign of discharge, puffyness, or infection in face/beak/vent.
No bloody stool, no distress calls, VERY QUIET CHICKEN.

5/3
No improvement on chicken, no worsening either.
Dosed Mira with some Honey from the neighbors fresh from their hives. Why? Honey has antibiotic properties, and we can't OTC Antibiotics, so next best thing?
Started feeding soft crumbles, massaging as time provides.
Provided a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar in Mira's water in hopes it might help with any Yeast/Fungus issues she might be having.
Still dosing with "Chick Boost", the Vitamin/Electrolite/Probiotic/Thiamine mixture.

5/4 I plan to take Mira to a Local Vet. They don't need to be too specialist about Chickens, I just need them to attempt to deflate an injured air sac on Mira, and hopefully teach me how to do it myself in the future.

I'm praying this is her problem and she makes a full recovery.
