4'x8' Quail tractors effect on a suburban back yard in arid Eastern WA

Thinking of getting quail in the Spring 2020. Like the idea of keeping the birds on the ground. If I started with 10, would I have to move it every day or couple days. Any advice would help.
What are the dimensions of the tractor? Do you have blueprints?
