24 hours old still cant walk or open eyes

hi i posted earlier about a new chick that cant get up and walk or open eyes someone suggested dehydration and to try gatorade and water i have tried this i gave it some water dribbled it on beak it seemed to perk up a little and slightly open eyes but still could not walk i have then tried gatorade but it seems the little one is getting worse not better im not sure what is wrong it keeps opening its beak and shaking its head i thought maybe it didnt like the taste but am not sure i dont think the vet will treat it but i plann to call any sugesstions would be great i really want it to live it is a silkie bantam cross and the other 5 chicks are fine
