13 month old hen losing feathers on head,chest and butt and now is acting listless

My 13 month old White Rock started losing some feathers when she was 10 months old but I didn't think much of it. Now she's 13 months old and her chest and butt are totally bare and she's missing feathers on her head. I know the other hens aren't pickng on her. Now today she's been kind of listless and not really with it. Any ideas what's up with her?

She just laid a soft shelled egg. They get oyster shell so I don't know what's up with her. I don't wanna lose her.

Could she have some kind of parasite?

She could possibly. I keep asking my mom to get some DE off of amazon but she keeps forgetting. I'll try to get some DE within the next few days.
