10 weeks old ! Is it an araucana ? Is it a girl ? The man from where i got the blue egg had no rumpless chickens or roosters !

What makes you think that?

Many things. If you look closely, it does not have a female specific pattern - those rusty patches blend in well. The pic of it, which is her avy, shows better how it stands and shows it’s comb.
It has such thick legs, too.
And rusty flecked neck feathers...

Let’s wait for saddle feathers and decide. From looking at It without looking so closely, it appears to be a Pullet. Cockerel if you take what you said into account. It just is not mature enough to show obvious male traits (things like pointed saddle feathers)

I’d guess it’s a mixed breed, not a foreign one. Do those birds lay blue?
