Chicken broth I made from rotisserie chicken in instapot earlier
Frozen shrimp to go in toaster oven later…

From Sprout’s or Drug Emporium:
Coconut flakes unsweetened
Raw sunflower seeds

Into the Instapot…..

This is the second time I am hearing of this place today. Friend posted some stuff from there on their FB stories earlier. Then here. Odd coincidence and I may need to check it out sometime. According the website we only have two in the state though but neither are very far.

At the nice Petco while I was not looking for Floofer toys.

I didn't go there on Friday.


I did walk out empty-handed because their floofer stuff cost way more than PetSmart.
