Oven fried pork chops, mashed potatoes (I'm cheating with instant), Cole slaw. Maybe deviled eggs. That's up in the air. I'm almost out of ice and peeling a farm fresh egg can be a curse without an ice bath.
10 eggs
6 c whole milk (or blue cap)
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp -1 tsp pumpkin spice (I use great value organic brand, smells awesome)
1 tbsp vanilla
Now I blend all the eggs. Then slowly try to get as much hot milk in the blender as I can without burning the heck outta myself. Then I poor that...
It is my own recipe. However I do it odd. I let mine cool completely after cooking..it looks like pudding. And I run it through the blender in batches. However that does make it full proof. If you get scrambled eggs..the blender fixes the issues.
Good idea. Now I make my own coffee creamer, it's scary what's on the back of the creamer bottle and we drank it like no tomorrow. Never used the eggnog though. Probably give it a go. 👍
