that's generally what EE lay; either greenish or blueish tinted eggs. We have 3 and 2 of the fluffy faced ones lay blueish eggs and the long faced girl lays greenish tint. They are are smaller sizes than rest of our flock but the eggs are nearly pure yolk which is kind of cool! Enjoy your EE...

your EE look so pretty! We have 3 and they look totally different than yours. 2 lay blue eggs and 1 lay light green eggs. They are 31 weeks and have been laying since 22 Sept. For the past wk or so (since the 21st)though, none of them have laid for some reason. EE are not early layers at all...

    Easter Egger club!

Been struggling with our run area past week. One of the easter eggers is getting out and flipping out when she's stuck out of the run fence. I'm not sure how she's getting and the other girls are scared for her as well (they all pace around till I go get her, thankfully it's the easier EE and...

Soooo...how do you get an actual, true bLue Ameracauna chicken then? Don't get me wrong, our easter eggers have totally come around since they all lay now, but would be nice to mix our next flock with EE and Ameraucana (plus a few other breeds)

yes I remember you asking and I responded as I only get mine from Meyer and got my first flock this April and May. Lol that's a good idea. We just picked up and held each one thru the day. Easter Egger club!

awww. Do you have electrolytes in their water? I'd put it in there. Give each of them special holding attention. Even put in a stick to be like a perch for them. Anything to try and boost her. Good luck
