Has anybody started hatching yet? I have 5 breeding pens set up. 4 single comb and one rose comb pen. Love the width on this Cockerel.

Ohio National is a big show. They are expecting roughly 10,000 birds, The show hotels filled this summer and the show isn't till November. I'm starting to condition my birds now so they are in good condition for the show. I am getting my entry form out this week.

I think the cocks are supposed to weigh 30 oz but I'm not 100% sure.

Getting a pair of red bantams at Lucasville from Kendra Aldrich.Sold a pair at a swap today to make room.

Does anyone have any hens or pullets with good backs mine narrow to much when they meet with the tail.

I think the birds will be fine in the conditions but for egg laying not sure how many eggs heritage standards lay but my bantams lay more than my production reds I used to have.

I've heard of the line but never personally worked with the line.

Here are my birds. 2 of the hens look nice the other 2 have not molted yet so there tail is standing up unlike the other 2 hens.
