You aren't seeing any of the 4 moving? I'd watch and if you're seeing them trying, leave alone but if absolutely no chirping or moving, I'm guessing they died. Since it's Day 22, I'd not wait as long as recommended.
I'd go for what you did by taking out the air cell end just enough to see...
I would skim this article. It's excellent and covers so much about assisted hatching, including air holes. I hope it helps! :hugs

17 of 20 hatched. I left the 3 in the incubator. I've had one hatch 3 days late, so we'll see. Candled them and they seem full term but couldn't see movement.
Anyway, here's the 17 fluffy butts on the right joining the 2 1/2 week-olds.
I had 20 due today and last night and this morning I'm guessing about 15 have hatched. I can't wait until those other ones hatch (I see pips on two of them) so I can get some of these out of there! ❤️
And we're off! One's out! These 20 silkies are due tomorrow but one decided tonight's the night! Another one or two have pipped so I'll probably be hearing peeping all night now. (Incubators are in our bedroom).
I have all the eggs hatching on the right half of the incubator so when it almost starts raining in there due to hatching, I lift the left side up an inch or so for just a second. It takes it down 5% is all and it's temporary as they keep hatching so I'll do it again if it keeps going up...
I have one of those minis in my office here at home. My two macaw parrots are in here. Sometimes when we're gone a day or two I talk to them through the camera. They get so excited!!
That's pretty good actually. You get reflection but for the purposes we use cameras for, it doesn't have to be an award-winning photo lol.
How do you clean that lid? Hubby took ours apart once, but since I saw that PIA, I use canned air since, but nothing gets all that fine fuzz that goes...
It's an indoor/outdoor Blink cam. I just bought another because I don't want to put this one back in the woods. I already have the sync module so this was just the camera. We have about five of these around the property and they pick up the wi-fi from an amazing distance, like inside our...
That's me with silkies. Gotta have one of every color, right? I started with just blacks and whites. I buy some fancy silky chicks and now have mauve, splash, chocolate, blue. I want buff so buy some eggs the breeder had in a pen with others. The buffs didn't make it, but now I have...
Isn't that how it goes...the ones we're really hoping for are clear or don't make it. I've been having that happen too often lately but blame it on shipping.
I have the "set it and forget it" Brinsea 56EX (two of those now). The NR360 you have to add water usually twice a day, like morning and night. It has two ports that stream the water through mazes. The first one, A, is a smaller amount of channels and B is more channels, so you get used to...
I started with a new NR360 a couple years ago. Last year I found a used Brinsea 56EX. So those two are what I've been using.
I only have room to put two incubators on the bureau so guessing the NR360 will go in the basement or for sale.
I aborted the talk of building a cabinet one when I...
