Hello there and welcome to BYC! So sorry about your duck. I agree with Drumstick Diva, the dye maybe causing an allergic reaction or she possibly ingested some of it. You might try some sort of flush on her if she will still drink. And Epsom Salt drench, milk or molasses drench to help flush...
