Thanks everyone! I think it's mice also. We are thinking up a good strategy to stop those little critters!!!

We have noticed small (1 1/2 inch in diameter) in the floor of the chicken coop - perfectly round and angled into the ground. Are these snakes or rodents?? I thought mice because we have the feed stored in the shed in barrells next to the coop but they can't get to it and the mice are smaller...
