Just some random EEs and OEs - still have my Blue Wheaten Ameraucana rooster. I sold half my flock to downsize a bit, and my neighbor is almost done with her coop and wants some of my hens, so I'm going to raise a few replacements.

Believe it or not, you need to eat more fat. Olive oil on salads, avocado, salmon, grass fed butter on veggies, etc. keep the inflammation down but your weight up. Too many people cut carbs but don’t ratchet the fats up to compensate.
