Hoovers Hatchery is a family owned 75 year old hatchery. You can request a free catalog and they will mail it to you. They do vaccinate chicks for an extra 20 cents for Marek's disease, and 20 cents of coccidiosis. They have free shipping, and a minimum for standards set for 15, and a minimum for bantams set for 20. If any chicks die, they will give you your money back no questions asked. They ship their chicks Priority mail through the USPS. Because of Hoovers' location they can send chicks nation wide. I recently mixed standards with bantams, BIG MISTAKE, I lost all of my bantams, and a few standards. But a few days ago I ordered just bantams, and every single one of them arrived happy and healthy. Because Hoovers' is not a big name hatchery like Cackle, and Meyer they often have breeds that other hatcheries are sold out of.
