Chicken Condo Urban Chicken Tractor with 4 X 8 Run

DO NOT BUY FROM CHICKEN CONDOS! I ordered the Urban Tractor Complete. Directions were one useless page of undiscernable pictures. Parts were missing and when they were sent they are obviously not the right brackets so we were forced to go to the hardware store and 'make it work'. I offered to help them write directions and was repeatedly dismissed. I begged them to change the 12-16 chickens claim to the 4-6 that would be recommended by USDA and all other reasonable chicken consultants. The predator guards that were prominently shown in a video on Memorial Day weekend are not even made anymore! I was told "We don't make the ones shown in the ad anymore" by a very nice person in customer service. Then why is it in the ad????? I was sent a 2 X 2 metal lattice that I have to cut to fit (bolt cutter I have to borrow from someone). I have to remove the tires and add spacers because they rub on the frame when I raise the run. The is no latch for the door to the run. This kit was very expensive and a huge problem to get set up. I could go on and on but you have the highlights.
