I bought a prefab coop “the cottage”. It came with broken latches and some cracked boards. The screws used to hold the parts that are predone are too small to keep them together while the bigger ones to finish cause more cracking. The pieces fit together poorly leaving open cracks. Also they claim to be able to hold more chickens then what should actually be in there, it said 4-6 but is only big enough for 1 to have 4 foot of floor space.
