Sadly I've had to rehome all of my roosters, but I have a flock of hens including 3 silkies, 2 Bantam Cochins, 1 Mille Fleur and 4 laying hens (Golden Comets). While they all get along fine, my bantams who were laying have quit laying. My Silkie hen goes broody often, but could my Mille Fleur be missing her favourite partner Silkie rooster too? It's winter here too, tho warmer in our neck of the woods.
