I have a magnesium citrate supplement, 2 pills recommended/day. If I take 2, I get the runs. If I take 1, it's not as bad, but can still be a problem.

I bought 3 bags (100 each) of Red Baron sets at the grocery. I did say they were hubby's favorite... Anyway, some of the sets are round, some are long. I made sure to plant the round ones first, to be sure I used them all. Hubby likes how hot they get. Hot, spicy, lots of onion flavor.
