    Coffee Club

I had a hot coffee with 3 hazelnut creamers at my local diner this morning. I went for their amazing Saturday-only chicken and waffles, but the coffee was unexpectedly good!

What Bugs Did You See in Your Garden Today?

It’s always so sad to see an innocent animal go for reasons that can be treated! I’m so happy for you that she’s doing well, and I hope she stays happy and healthy for a long time. Here’s a dead butterfly that flew into my cute chick’s little run a few days ago. They squabbled and were very...

What Bugs Did You See in Your Garden Today?

Beautiful! I’ve read that they eat their body weight in mosquitos every day! And that their natural life span in the wild is around 1 year. They’re really wonderful arachnid friends. I’ve never seen a male black widow before, I wonder if they keep to the shadows? The females are ruthless...

Renovating a 40+ Year Old Coop!

Inside the coop I need to sweep, remove skis, remove excess wood from a completed pergola project, and remove old electric wire and staples (electric no longer runs out here, we intentionally cut the lines around 10 years go) Need to add wood paneling in front of this hideous and quite itchy...
