Shed conversions are a great idea for starting out. Thanks for sharing this option.
Since you did make changes it would've been nice to know how you came about your plans to change it, what you did and how you did it and what you would have done differently.

Starting with a purchased shed is as good idea. Would be great to know what, if any, challenges you faced. You had to do something to convert to a coop, what was it? What did you add, dimensions, materials, etc.

This coop looks very functional and pretty at the same time, but I would love some pictures and steps on how you built it
