Chemical, electrical, physical (tripping hazards, sharp fencing, etc.), heat and cold exposure, processing & sanitation, basic first aid items to keep on hand. Health issues like salmonella, E-Coli, botulism, poisoning. What to do before and after storms, flooding, fire, evacuations, etc. Coop and brooder safety, as well as home safety when dealing with farm animals and poultry.
