Very good article. Looking forward to doing my own. I loved the detailed pictures. I would leave the tail though, it’s really one of my favorite part of the chicken. . Thank you!
Part of me is starting to yak, but the rest of me is completely fascinated by this.
I know I'll do it sooner or later. And this is honestly the best guide I've seen to cleaning and prepping a chicken carcass!
Images and wording are clear and descriptive without being overwhelming. A lovely tutorial and much better than any I’ve read or seen before.
Im keeping this as a reference for the next time I process chickens. I did my own couple months ago and know I made mistakes. This will help alot.
5 star value
Clear, easy to read, and well-photographed.
I'm still prone to making a bit of a mess of this. This article I found easy to follow. Great pics and method.
I've always been a bit squeamish about the thought of processing but after I worked up my nerve, I read the article and it was interesting! If I ever work up a LOT of nerve, I might have to try some meat chickens and then I can use this article as a guide.
Will be reading again when I purchase our meat birds!
Love it!
This is a really good article. Detailed explanations with pictures as well as helpful tips along the way.
Good article, nice clear step by step directions for beginners and not too long for someone who just wants to take a quick read to refresh the old memory :)
