Homemade Egg Incubator - No Gas! No Electricity!

Good formatting, interesting concept, but needs a lot of details on hatch results and how to keep temperatures stable enough to hatch. What happens at lockdown? How is humidity controlled? Flesh this out with trials and it’ll make a great article.
Interesting concept with no practical explanation on how to use it. There may have been information in the video, but it isn't available.
Without full instructions following a batch of eggs from first setting to final hatch, including how to measure and fine-tune the temperature and humidity at the appropriate times, this is of little use.
While this is a neat idea to reuse something that is broken, I don't believe that this incubator would work for incubating eggs from start to finish. It may work in a pinch if the power goes out or something, but you don't have a way to maintain a steady temperature. Adding boiling water to a thermos would start you off at too high of a temperature and as the water cooled off the temp would drop. To successfully hatch eggs you need a way to maintain a steady temperature of 99 degrees.
