So i took an empty cat litter pail washed it out painted the outside just because, then you fallow the instructions on your horizontal nipple packs about the hole size you need to drill in the pail and insert the nipples into. I then cut a hole in the top of the pail a little smaller than the rubber electrical grommet i had in a coffe can i kept for some reason so it would fit tight then fed the cord from the heater through it and elctrical taped the grommet inplace to the lid to keep dirt an debris out of the water. The heater shown above i picked up from wal mart for 14$ stuck it to the bottom inside of the pail as shown above so its at the lowest point to stay coverd by water. I then put a small cinder block in the bottom of the galvanized pan to set the pail on too raise it up and the pan catches any drips the girls make. Then i used masons string tied to a carbine clip hanging from the ceiling hooked to the handle of the pail to basically keep tension on it so it doent tip. I ran the cord from the heater up it securing it with electrical tape going to a plug near by. The top of the pail has a half lid that hinges open an i just use a 1gal jug to refill an top off the water with.
