| Additional Information | I personally spoke to Mr. Plutko and if you live along the main road in Center Township you are not allowed to have any chickens at all. This is because residential properties along this road are zoned as commercial. In order to be able to have chickens you need at least 5 Acres of land to be considered a \"Hobby Farm\" Make sure you call if you live in this area to confirm if you are allowed hens. He told me he has made people get rid of their laying hens. There are no internet links to the ordinances, you must call. |
