What a great idea! I'm thinking something like this would be great for a grow-out pen or even for a breeding pen. The bonus is, they'd actually be cute to look at instead of an eye-sore some of us wind up having.
The only issue I have with this idea (not the article itself) is that I've really, really wanted to do this... but every playhouse being sold second-hand is listed sometimes for hundreds of dollars. If it's only 4x4 that means it can only fit 4 standard chickens, max; and I don't want to throw down $300 for a tiny plastic house that's just going to get mucked up with chicken stuff, lol.
Otherwise, this is a great collection and it's presented well with outside links, so well done.
