Wrong side

Hi! Two questions today. So I have some calls about to hatch and one has piped on the wrong side. Will it be ok, this has never happened to me before. Second question, six of the eight eggs have piped, some early in the morning and late at night. It’s been quite a while now and the other two eggs have not piped. Should I wait or make some small holes?

Probably dumb questions but help would be appreciated! Thank you!

I would wait on the unpipped ones until the others all hatch and are dried, then open the incubator to get them out, if those two hadn't pipped yet. I'd then take the chicks out and candle the two unpipped ones. Some can just be late hatchers.

I've had ones pip on the wrong end and with air cells on the sides even. Most times they make it on their own. I will not help them unless it's been over 24 hours. Sometimes they just zip right out on their own.
