What just came out of my hen’s face??

So I’m not sure where exactly this came out of but it was on her face. I looked down her throat and didn’t see in obvious gape worms. Not sure what I should treat with or is this a weird booger

She seems fine. Battle mites last month. She started laying her crazy eggs again last week. Her crop seems fine. I’ll get you a pic in the morning. The girls were locked inside over night the last 3 nights. It’s need really cold to them so we are trying to get the wind off them.
I am worried about something coming and biting them in the but. She has a ruff molt.
