What did/do you put in your compost for them? Do you just keep topping it up, then renew every so often?

Os joined Elphie in the big girl club. She laid her first egg, and it’s bluish/greenish!


I haven’t found time to soak my two birds twice a day, although they’re still getting soaked in Epsom salt for 20-30 minutes, and Iris is still being soaked in TricideNeo for 5 minutes.
I started putting hydrogen peroxide on their feet, and so far it seems to be helping a little! Iris’s toenail doesn’t feel like it’s about to fall off anymore.

They just hop on up and then usually "chicken puddle", our Houdan Spots likes to roll over and really get to relaxing. Sometimes there are fights and I occasionally have all six on me .

Thanks! Sloggers, they have them in red and yellow with chickens. I got really lucky with the bird's personalities, all very lap birds!
