Your rooster is an Orpington mix. Everything else you got right. And yes, Easter Eggers can have any comb type. Pea comb is most common and is usually inherited with the blue eggshell gene.

Thank you I'm visiting my sister, this is her flock. She got them all as adults last year and didn't know the breeds. I was telling her about this forum and that I was sure someone here would know!
