Agreed! Kale salads are the best, especially with lemon juice and Balsamic vinegar dressing . I added a smoothie option on the poll.

Right now I only eat it because it's healthy, and usually in smoothies. I want to expand my kale repertoire, and a friend said it's fantastic in soups.

Hmm…I’ve never had kale in a soup. I would imagine that would be good! My favorite way to eat kale is baked in the oven on a cookie sheet at 450, usually for 5 minutes or so, until it is nice and crispy. I usually put olive oil and salt on it, sometimes lemon juice too, but i put lemon juice on everything (my parents think I’m odd )
