So if its the pound, ironically Bourke is the one with community transmission of covid, not the town the rescue is in (I'm 2ish hours from both places). But I would have thought they had access to a vet who could have put them down humanely. Knowing that area though the dogs most likely were abit ferral and I can see the want to put them down instead of putting children at risk, but yes there are nicer ways to go about it.

So today I relearnt echidnas hatch from eggs. So I guess they are basicly a spikey four legged chicken. Enjoy

We're safe and sound here Patti. Flooding is about 3 1/2 hours south of us.
