The white one is a rooster for sure in my opinion. In my experiences when they have their puff going back their a rooster.

I don't have any experiences with black silkies so my answer might not be the best, but the comb is making me lean towards cockerel. How about their attitudes? Are any getting aggressive with you?

The paint is a cockerel. Leaning cockerel for the black as well.

I'm going with two cockerels too as I'm seeing hackles on both. That is not 100% though, just my guess at this point.
