roosters behavior question

I have a flock of 35 birds. I have a total of 3 roosters, 2 bantam and one turken. The batam roosters I hatched out over a year ago. The turken rooster I got as a day old 8 months ago. Well the turken has been trying to get his business done with the girls. But when he tries the hens gang up on him and he runs off. Once in a while he will get a bantam hen, but when he is done the hen will usually turn around and peck at him. Then he will run away. He also seems to be a loner. I was wondering if this rooster will always be like this or will he learn to be a king.

If he is just 8 mos old, he is still a kid learning the "ways of the rooster"...give him some time and he will be king, unless you got some mean bantams....time will tell.

Thanks, I don't really think that the bantams are mean. But they are going to a new home nest week. I was just getting concern, because I have never in my life seen a rooster act this way. I am hoping to breed with him.
