Pullet has green bruising on rear, having difficulty standing and wing droopy

Pullet was vaccinated for Marek's, she is obviously being picked on (so maybe she's weak from not enough food?) I picked her up and obviously pecked, green and scabby but no open wound) Any thoughts? What should I do?

How old is she? What's her diet? Can you get a picture?

She's about 12 weeks old - she eats grower crumble. I didn't get a photo as I need another person to help my and my husband is at work but definitely being pecked. I just gave her some scrambled egg and her own bowl of crumble and she had a good appetite, ate all the egg and still ate the crumble. Also doesn't seem lethargic, was vocalizing to other hens, just trouble with standing. Could it be they haven't been letting her eat?
