I have one peahen showing up at lunch and dinner screaming like she lost her babies, quiets when I come out, then digs a deep hole and dust bathes. My question is she is constantly getting out, peck for food, fluffing side ways like she can’t get comfortable. Then she followed me down the street where they all use to hang out. Did the same thing again. Is she Going to lay eggs or maybe horny? lol. By the way she is flopping. lol you would think these. Thanks

Yes. She is a full grown female. That’s what I always think when the squawking starts. I was reading something about them changing after a few years, to much testosterone. I need to find that article again It also mentioned about the crossbreeding
