Pullet for now

pullet , at this point in time

I'm thinking pullet as well.

Now going on 8wks old...im pretty confident that she is a she. Feather shape, & same colour comb as the other 3, & although silly, i think she just looks pretty like a girl

Scrolling my older posts, & thought I would just update this one....because these 2 beautiful girls were truly amazing, they were the first chicks of my first flock & they were the last 2 to survive. They both lived to celebrate their 7th birthday with us before they sadly passed...within 6months of each other.

Both laid almost daily, with Evie, the sex link, laying right up until her final year with us, & Florence the Australorp was the friendliest of all my chickens so far to date. Evie wasn't always so friendly, she particularly hated my husband 😅
