Old English Game Bantams with Wattles at 3 1/2 Weeks?

I just noticed my OEGB babies have started to develop wattles last night and they aren't even 4 weeks yet. They already have combs which seem to be growing larger every day. Is this any indication that they are roos?

What is this supposed to mean? I've had many OEGBs and can tell by 3 weeks old that they are roos by the growth of their combs and wattles. OEGB pullets do not show any growth until they are close to POL.

Here is my OEGB at around 4 weeks. See his red wattles and comb? He turned out to be a stunning rooster.
