New to byc

I had thrown some small round soffit vents in the sides for now, due to constraints.

I think I will remove the panel above the side access door, and replace it with hardware cloth. I'll install either t-nuts or threaded inserts there so when the weather cools off, I can screw the panel back on over the hardware cloth. I worry, because that's kinda the area where they roost.

And Piper loves her girls, and they usually like her too. We also changed from sand in the run to wood chips, as we were getting some odor issues.

Also changed the door on the back to access the nesting boxes. The door in the plans went all the way down to the floor, and the pine shavings would get caught in the hinge area. So I used my favorite chicken coop lumber, fence pickets. Bottom board is screwed in place, with old hinges just offering support.
