New ducklings, wondering what they were.

[Flying Feathers]

Picked up six little love bugs from Atwoods a couple of weeks ago. Can any of you tell me what they are?


Black feet and bills, black bodies with yellow bib and a few splotches of yellow on wing tips.



Both of these have black legs, bills and almost solid black bodies.


Both of these have purplish/pink bills and feet. Splotches of brown around their faces.

They are so cute!
the first ones look like blue or black swedish ducks to me. And the second cuties possibly cayuga. As for the last ones, Im pretty sure they are welsh harlequins or maybe pekins. I haven't had experience with any of these breeds so I may be wrong, hopefully someone else can help too. Have fun with your new ducks!!!

Oh I will! They are already three times the size they were in the pictures. The two yellow ones are getting darker along their head so I'm guessing they aren't Pekin. But they sure are sweet hearts.

Thanks! They are such fun...I'm gong to be so glad when it's warm enough for them to go outside. I love WH's so I'd be totally happy with them.
