Low-tech Incubator

Does anyone know how to assemble a low-tech incubator?

This is for a homestead quail farm in a village in Myanmar where there isn't always a ready source of electricity.
We're looking at a capacity of 80 to 100 quails.

There are 3 seasons in Myanmar:
Cold & Dry (Nov-Feb): 20-24deg celsius
Hot & Dry (Mar-May): 30-35dec celsius
Wet (June-October): 25-30dec celsius

High humidity levels all year round.

Would be great to have some ideas about what kind of incubator would be suitable.

I would buy a 12volt Brinsea Hatchmaster



it can be run off a car battery as well as a power supply unit
