Before I go buying online I was wondering if any smaller hatcheries that aren't online or just anyone that has them would be willing to sell me some Partridge Penedesenca chicks or eggs?

If you put your approximate location in, you might have more luck finding a source. But they're very rare, even in Europe (they're from Spain) so you may be in for a long search.
