how do I tell the sex of my turkeys without vent sexing?

I got three broad breasted white turkey poults for meat today and I was just wondering if there is any way possible to tell the sex of them?

@Celie made a post in August 2013 describing her method of telling toms from hens. She claims 94% accuracy using her method.

The BBW turkey poults from at least one commercial producer are now being sold as either straight run or sexed. This particular company has developed their BB turkeys to be able to feather sex them. Feather sexing can be done during the first 3 days only. After that time the feather growth is too far advanced to see the difference. For 1 - 3 day old poults the hens will have 2 distinct rows of wing feathers (one row of short feathers and one row of long feathers) while the males will only have one row of wing feathers (one row of long feathers).
