Have you seen any swollen eyelids, faces, or foamy/bubbly eye? Tylosin is generic Tylan, and you can buy the oral powder to put in the water from pigeon suppliers. But enrofloxacin is probably fine to use. If they could be closer to 2 pounds, then I would give 0.1 ml. If you have an inexpensive kitchen scale, you can get a weight.

The only symptoms I can see is a weird gargling noise I have a video but the site says the file is too big

Okay so he is 1.4 pounds

1.4 / 2.2 x 15 / 100 = 0.095 ml twice a day.
I would round up to 0.1 ml twice a day.
